From the first push, the koan is all about rhythm, balance, flow and movement. A moving meditation. The Koan is intuitive and beautifully responsive and all about soulful style, making it equally at home weaving long lines through quiet streets or flowing lines along the seafront. Designed to encourage creativity rather than perfection, it's a board that reminds of what a flowstate actually is.

Unique and unlike any other surfskate, inspired by little known planing hull surfboard, the koan is designed to turn differently, demanding different lines and body positions. The koan features a double concave that acts as a rocker to allow subtle toe and heal pressure for intimate feel and crazy lines. This deck features no kicker, instead it has two 7-degree power blisters, so you can drop knee and draw huge swooping turns and your feet won't slip. With the rear truck so far back, it turns off your back foot like a single fin surfboard, speed generated by flowing and fluid movement. A long wheelbase of 26.6 inches, with just 4-and-a-half-inch overhang from ale to nose or tail, the koan is all about style, arms in the air, soul arch and throwing 70's lines.
